Applicants who have studied at the University of Peradeniya at the undergraduate or postgraduate level and reside in Queensland, Australia, must complete this form. They are eligible to become full members of Alumni Association of University of Peradeniya Queensland Chapter Incorporated (AAUOPQC).

Applicants who have partially studied at the undergraduate or postgraduate level (without graduating) from the University of Peradeniya, as well as those who have not studied there but have served as academic or non-academic staff, are also eligible to become Associate Members of AAUOPQC. They must complete this form.
